State of North Carolina conveys all rights, titles, and interests in specified excess lands in Haywood County to the Haywood County Board of Education for $1.00, with a 30-foot right-of-way retained adjacent to all roads.

Land is bounded on the west by U.S. Route 1-23 Business, on the east by existing Haywood County Consolidated School System property (Deed Book 432, Page 1116), on the south by State Road 1802 (Francis Farm Road), and on the north by Sims Circle Road.

State retains a reversionary interest in the property, requiring it to be used for education-related purposes including parking and sports facilities or revert back to the State.

Property is conveyed "as is" and "where is" without any state warranties regarding title, boundaries, uses, zoning, ordinances, or physical/environmental/health/safety conditions, with all conveyance costs borne by Haywood County.

Conveyance is exempt from Article 7 of Chapter 146 of the General Statutes but must comply with Article 16 of Chapter 146, excluding the application of G.S. 146-74.
