Requires nonpublic schools accepting students with opportunity scholarships to provide documentation that they are accredited by the State Board of Education or a national or regional accrediting agency recognized by the Division of Nonpublic Education, Department of Administration.

Adds accreditation requirement as a new compliance condition (subsection 2a) for nonpublic schools participating in the opportunity scholarship program.

Effective upon enactment and applies beginning with the 2017-2018 school year.
