Requires curbside voters to present photo identification in accordance with G.S. 163-166.13, the same requirement for in-person voters.

Eliminates the alternative option that previously allowed curbside voters to present a copy of documents listed in G.S. 163-166.12(a)(2) instead of photo identification.

Repeals G.S. 163-166.13(a)(1), removing provisions that created different identification standards for curbside voters.

Becomes effective upon enactment and applies to all elections held after the bill becomes law.
