Requires the State Board of Elections to revise the voter registration application form to include a clear statement that applications cannot be denied for failure to indicate race or ethnicity.

The required statement must read: "No application shall be denied for failure to indicate race or ethnicity."

The statement must be displayed clearly and conspicuously on the voter registration form.

Takes effect upon enactment and applies to all elections held after the law becomes effective.
