Amends G.S. 14-159.12 to add unauthorized entry upon Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians lands as a form of first-degree trespass.

Creates a new offense when a person enters or remains on Eastern Band Cherokee Indian lands after being excluded by a resolution passed by the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indian Tribal Council, classified as a Class 2 misdemeanor.

Makes a second or subsequent violation of the new Cherokee lands trespass provision a Class I felony with a minimum fine of $1,000 per violation.

Becomes effective December 1, 2018, and applies to offenses committed on or after that date.
