Amends the definition of "bed and breakfast home" to allow optional lunch and dinner meals in addition to breakfast, with all meal prices included in the room rate.

Amends the definition of "bed and breakfast inn" (9-12 guest rooms) to permit optional lunch and dinner meals alongside breakfast, with meal prices included in the room rate.

Clarifies that both bed and breakfast homes and inns may serve any combination of breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals only to overnight guests.

Maintains existing restrictions that both establishments cannot serve food or drink to the general public for pay and must be the permanent residence of the owner or manager.

Effective date: October 1, 2017.
