H 781 - JMAC Modifications

• Adds a new eligibility category (1a) for businesses that previously received a major employer grant, allowing them to apply for additional grants if they invest another $200 million and maintain 2,000 employees at the same location.

• Increases the maximum number of Job Maintenance and Capital Development Fund agreements from five to six.

• Increases the total aggregate cost limit for all agreements under the program from $79 million to $139 million.

• Maintains the existing $6 million annual cost limit per individual agreement.
