• Clarifies that law enforcement agencies may disclose recordings within their own agency for administrative and training purposes, to other agencies for investigative purposes, and to extract still images of criminal suspects' faces for identification purposes.

• Allows municipal or county managers to request and view recordings for management and administrative purposes under a confidentiality agreement, with public release only upon court order.

• Modifies public body closed session law to allow viewing of recordings "regulated" rather than "released" pursuant to body-worn camera statute.
