Adds nondiscrimination requirements for nonpublic schools accepting students with special education scholarships, prohibiting discrimination based on color, disability, national origin, race, religion, gender identity, or sexual orientation.

Requires nonpublic schools accepting special education scholarship students to report all test results to the Department of Public Instruction, which must publish the information on its website in aggregated and easy-to-understand format.

Expands charter school nondiscrimination protections to include sexual orientation and modifies gender-based admission policies to reference gender identity instead of sex for single-sex education schools.

Strengthens nondiscrimination requirements for nonpublic schools accepting Opportunity Scholarship students by specifying protected categories (color, disability, national origin, race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation) instead of referencing federal statute.

Requires nonpublic schools accepting Opportunity Scholarship students to report all test results to the Department of Public Instruction for publication on its website.
