Removes 64 parcels of property identified by Moore County Tax Property Identification Numbers from the corporate limits of the Town of Taylortown.

Preserves Town of Taylortown's ability to collect or foreclose on any tax liens and special assessments that existed before the effective date of this act, even after deannexation.

Becomes effective June 30, 2018, with removed properties no longer subject to municipal taxes for taxable years beginning on or after July 1, 2018.
