Authorizes the City of Winston-Salem to convey city-owned real property with or without consideration to increase the supply of affordable housing for low- and moderate-income persons.

Prohibits conveyance of property acquired through eminent domain and allows deeds to include restrictions requiring the property to revert to the municipality if it ceases to be used for affordable housing within a specified timeframe.

Requires the city governing body to adopt a resolution at a regular or special meeting authorizing the conveyance, with the resolution posted on the municipality's website at least 10 calendar days before execution of the deed.

Applies only to the City of Winston-Salem.

Effective upon enactment.
