Modifies how Jacksonville's occupancy tax proceeds are used by the Jacksonville Tourism Development Authority for a 10-year period.

Requires the Authority to use at least two-thirds of tax revenue for tourism-related expenditures and the remainder to promote travel and tourism in Jacksonville from July 1, 2017 to July 1, 2027.

After July 1, 2027, reverts language to require use of at least two-thirds for promoting travel and tourism, with the remainder for tourism-related expenditures.

City of Jacksonville must remit net tax proceeds to the Jacksonville Tourism Development Authority on a quarterly basis.

Applies only to the City of Jacksonville as a local measure.
