S323 - UNC Public Records/Athletic Conferences

• Designates all documents, papers, letters, photographs, films, sound recordings, magnetic or electronic data-processing records, and other documentary material possessed by University of North Carolina or its constituent institutions as public records under G.S. 132-1

• Applies public records designation to all materials related to membership in or communication with the NCAA, Atlantic Coast Conference, or any other NCAA athletic conference or collegiate sports association

• Adds new section 132-1.3A to Chapter 132 of the General Statutes

• Effective October 1, 2017
