Affirms the right of individuals with disabilities to choose their preferred service settings and employment options, including competitive integrated employment, CRP-based manufacturing, or independent work assignments.

Urges North Carolina's congressional delegation to review the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act rules and definitions issued by the Department of Education to assess potential negative impacts on North Carolina citizens.

Recognizes CRPs as integral to local communities and the state economy, providing participants with opportunities to develop skills, earn wages, and gain dignity through employment.
