Limits operation of electronic sweepstakes machines or devices to a maximum of four machines per location under a single roofline.

Requires operators to comply with all provisions of Article 37 of Chapter 14 of the General Statutes and applicable land-use laws.

Prohibits operators who have been convicted of violations of gaming laws or Article 37 from operating sweepstakes machines under this section.

Requires electronic machines or devices to be located at least 100 feet apart from any other machines operated under this section.

Becomes effective December 1, 2017, and applies to offenses committed on or after that date.
