Requires health benefit plans to impose co-payment amounts for chiropractic services that are no higher than co-payments for comparable medically necessary treatment by a primary care physician, effective January 1, 2018.

Authorizes chiropractic students enrolled in accredited chiropractic colleges to participate in preceptorship programs under the supervision of licensed chiropractors and perform duties of certified chiropractic clinical assistants.

Allows chiropractors, in addition to physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, to conduct the required annual medical examinations for public school students participating in interscholastic athletic competitions.
