NC S462

Renames "University of North Carolina General Administration" to "University of North Carolina System Office" throughout North Carolina General Statutes.

Updates all statutory references across multiple chapters including provisions for salary monitoring, budget carryforwards, enrollment projections, real property leases, and various university programs.

Transfers all statutory and legal authority, powers, duties, functions, records, personnel, and property from the General Administration to the System Office.

Permits the System Office to continue using existing stationery, supplies, and emblems until replacement is necessary within its existing budget.

Effective date is July 1, 2018.
