Adjusts local matching fund requirements for Parks and Recreation Trust Fund (PARTF) projects based on a county's economic development tier status.

For general park and recreation projects, requires local governments to match 50% of PARTF funds (appraised land donations may be counted toward match).

For land acquisition projects, requires 15% local match in tier one counties and 10% in tier two or three counties, with at least 50% in cash.

For park or recreation site improvements, requires 25% local match in tier one counties and 10% in tier two or three counties, with at least 50% in cash.

Effective July 1, 2017.
