Restructures definitions and classifications of passenger tramway devices under Article 15 of Chapter 95, adding funicular and gondola as regulated device types and removing reference to specific B77.1 standards.

Adds new provisions creating civil and criminal penalties for operating unsafe tramway devices, failing to register devices, violating insurance requirements, and failing to report incidents; establishes penalty amounts ranging from $1,250 to $5,000 per day and criminal penalties up to Class E felony for violations causing serious injury or death.

Replaces "Material Safety Data Sheets" (MSDS) terminology with "Safety Data Sheets" (SDS) throughout Chapter 95 Articles 6 and 7 and updates industrial classification codes from SIC codes to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes.
