Removes a 0.72-acre parcel located in Wilmington on Wrightsville Avenue from the City of Wilmington corporate limits and annexes it to the Town of Wrightsville Beach effective June 30, 2018.

The Town of Wrightsville Beach ceases collecting municipal taxes on the first property for tax years beginning July 1, 2018, while the City of Wilmington begins collecting taxes on it.

The City of Wilmington ceases collecting municipal taxes on the second property for tax years beginning July 1, 2018, while the Town of Wrightsville Beach begins collecting taxes on it.
