Directs the Division of Adult Correction to establish a pilot project providing computer tablets to adult offenders and juveniles who are in good standing and within two years of their projected release date.

Tablets will be used for continuing education, vocational training, parenting classes, domestic violence/anger management classes, and other Division-approved programs.

The Division will select one or more state correctional institutions, youth development centers, and residential treatment facilities to implement the pilot project.

Requires the Division to use available funds during the 2016-2017 and 2017-2018 fiscal years to conduct the pilot project.

The Division must report results of the pilot project to the General Assembly when the 2019 Regular Session reconvenes.
