Creates Chapter 1G of North Carolina General Statutes establishing the "North Carolina Choice of Law and Forum in Business Contracts Act" effective upon enactment.

Allows parties to business contracts (excluding consumer and employment contracts) to agree that North Carolina law governs their rights and duties regardless of whether parties, contract, or transaction have reasonable relation to North Carolina.

Permits parties to bring actions in North Carolina courts for business contract disputes if the contract contains both a North Carolina choice of law provision and an agreement to litigate in North Carolina courts.

Establishes that parties entering into qualifying business contracts consent to personal jurisdiction in North Carolina courts and courts cannot dismiss or stay actions based on forum non conveniens or G.S. 1-75.12.

Allows parties to designate one or more North Carolina counties for venue; if no county is designated, actions may be brought in any county in the state, with venue changes limited to other North Carolina counties only.
