Increases annual salaries by 20% for judicial branch officials effective July 1, 2017 for the 2017-2018 fiscal year.

Establishes new salary levels ranging from $140,052 for District Court judges to $180,103 for the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.

Appropriates $19,760,000 in nonrecurring General Fund dollars to the Administrative Office of the Courts to cover salary increases, benefits for all judges and justices, and increased contributions to the Consolidated Judicial Retirement System.

Applies to all levels of the judicial system including Supreme Court justices, Court of Appeals judges, Superior Court judges, and District Court judges.
