Increases the penalty for second degree trespass from a Class 3 misdemeanor to a Class 1 misdemeanor when the offense occurs in a multi-occupancy bathroom, shower, or changing facility.

Maintains existing second degree trespass offense definition, which prohibits unauthorized entry or remaining on another's premises after being notified not to or when premises are posted with notice.

Effective date is December 1, 2017, applying only to offenses committed on or after that date.
