Amends Article I of the North Carolina Constitution to add Section 38 protecting the right to hunt, fish, and harvest wildlife as a valued part of the state's heritage.

Guarantees people the right to use traditional methods for hunting and fishing, subject only to laws and rules enacted by the General Assembly for wildlife conservation and management.

Establishes public hunting and fishing as the preferred means of managing and controlling wildlife.

Preserves existing laws regarding trespass, property rights, and eminent domain.

Submitted to voters at the November 2018 statewide general election; amendment becomes effective upon certification if approved by majority vote.
