Changes the reconvene date from May 16, 2018 to October 4, 2017 for the 2017 regular session that began August 18, 2017.

Limits the October 4, 2017 session to specific matters including redistricting bills for judicial, congressional, and local districts; constitutional amendments; gubernatorial nominations; impeachment proceedings; and election law bills.

Allows consideration of bills returned by the Governor for veto override, local bills in process, and conference reports on bills in conference as of June 28, 2017.

Permits technical corrections to S.L. 2017-57 and S.L. 2017-119 during the October session.

Sets reconvene date of May 16, 2018 at 12:00 noon for adjournment of the October 4, 2017 session, subject to further amendments.
