Changes the reconvened session adjournment date from Wednesday, September 6, 2017 to Friday, August 18, 2017 at 12:00 noon.

Adds Senate district revision and Representative district revision bills to the list of matters that may be considered during the August 18, 2017 session.

Allows bills returned to the originating house on or after Wednesday, June 28, 2017 for concurrence to be considered during the reconvened session.

Permits adoption of conference reports for bills in conference on or after June 28, 2017 with conferees appointed by both houses on or after that date.

Adds bills relating to election laws to the list of permissible subjects for consideration during the reconvened session.
