Authorizes the City of Winston-Salem to sell real property with or without payment to increase affordable housing supply for low- and moderate-income persons.

Allows the city to attach deed restrictions requiring the property to revert to the municipality if it ceases to be used for affordable housing within a specified time period.

Requires the city's governing body to adopt a resolution at a regular or special meeting authorizing the sale, with the resolution posted on the city's website at least 10 calendar days before the sale is finalized.

Applies exclusively to the City of Winston-Salem.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
