Ratifies the Equal Rights Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, which guarantees that equality of rights shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or any state on account of sex.

Requires the Governor to send certified copies of the ratification to the U.S. Administrator of General Services and to the President of the Senate and Speaker of the House of Representatives of Congress.

Appropriates $10,000 from the General Fund to the Department of Labor for the 2018-2019 fiscal year for public education about the Equal Rights Amendment.

Becomes effective July 1, 2018.
