Authorizes the city of Greensboro to disclose limited personnel information about police disciplinary charges to any board or committee designated by city council for citizen review of the police disciplinary process.

Allows the city manager or police chief to release the disposition of disciplinary charges against police officers and the facts supporting those determinations to designated citizen review boards and to persons allegedly aggrieved by the officer's actions or their survivors.

Requires board or committee members to maintain confidentiality of all personnel information released to them that is not already public record, and subjects violators to penalties outlined in state law.

Requires each board or committee member to execute a confidentiality agreement satisfactory to the city.

Defines "disposition of disciplinary charges" to include determinations of sustained, not sustained, unfounded, exonerated, classified as information file, or any other disciplinary disposition category adopted by the Greensboro Police Department.
