Adjusts local match requirements for Parks and Recreation Trust Fund (PARTF) grants based on county economic development tier designation

For general local park and recreation projects: requires 50% local match, with donated land value counting toward the requirement

For land acquisition projects: requires 15% local match in tier three counties and 10% in tier one or tier two counties, with at least 50% in cash

For park or recreation site improvements: requires 25% local match in tier three counties and 10% in tier one or tier two counties, with at least 50% in cash

Becomes effective July 1, 2020
