House Bill 1112: 2020 Omnibus Appropriations Act

• Makes General Fund appropriations for state agencies, departments, and institutions for the 2019-2021 fiscal biennium
• Adjusts appropriations from the State Highway Fund and State Highway Trust Fund for Department of Transportation operations and maintenance for fiscal year ending June 30, 2020
• Authorizes appropriations from federal block grant funds for DHHS and NER programs for fiscal year ending June 30, 2020
• Reenacts and incorporates the State Budget Act (Chapter 143C of the General Statutes) by reference
