Establishes the "Seizure Safe Schools Act of 2020" requiring parents of students diagnosed with seizure disorders to work with school units to develop individualized seizure action plans.

Seizure action plans must include written statements from healthcare providers detailing medications, dosages, administration methods, and symptoms, plus parental consent for school personnel or volunteers to administer medication.

Requires each school unit to train at least one employee per school to administer seizure medication consistent with Epilepsy Foundation of America guidelines.

Mandates annual seizure education programs for all school personnel with direct student contact in grades K-12, plus at least one hour of annual self-study review by principals, guidance counselors, and teachers.

Appropriates $20,000 in nonrecurring funds to the Department of Public Instruction for fiscal year 2020-2021 to develop seizure policies and implement the act, effective July 1, 2020, for the 2021-2022 school year.
