State Controller shall transfer $2,000,000 in nonrecurring funds from the Coronavirus Relief Reserve to the Coronavirus Relief Fund for fiscal year 2019-2020

$2,000,000 appropriated from the Coronavirus Relief Fund to Lincoln Community Health Center, Inc., a nonprofit corporation, to offset COVID-19 related losses and expenses from March 1, 2020, through December 30, 2020

Funds must comply with CARES Act (P.L. 116-136) restrictions and cannot be used for any purpose disallowed by that act

Appropriated funds shall not revert at end of fiscal year 2019-2020 but remain available for expenditure until December 30, 2020

Lincoln Community Health Center, Inc., must submit a report by March 1, 2021, to the House Appropriations Committee on Health and Human Services, Senate Appropriations Committee on Health and Human Services, and Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on Health and Human Services detailing use of funds
