Transfers administration of the Criminal Information Network from the Department of Public Safety to the State Bureau of Investigation

Revises fee structure for Criminal Information Network users, replacing a generic monthly fee with device-based fees effective July 1, 2019

Establishes monthly circuit fee of $300 plus per-device charges for agencies accessing the network through a Department-maintained circuit: $25 per desktop device (after first seven devices) and $12 per mobile device

Sets monthly device fee of $25 per desktop device and $12 per mobile device for agencies accessing the network through other approved means

Directs that collected fees be used to offset costs of operating and maintaining the Criminal Information Network
