Transfers $2,000,000 from the Coronavirus Relief Reserve to the General Fund, Coronavirus Relief Fund for fiscal year 2019-2020.

Appropriates $2,000,000 to the Department of Commerce, Division of Employment Security to contract with the Government Data Analytics Center for pandemic-related unemployment insurance program support.

Designated funding uses include enhancing UI fraud and compliance alerting, detecting cybersecurity attacks, providing COVID-19 fraud detection analytics, analyzing pandemic assistance documentation, and modeling underground economy claims.

Requires all contractual and interagency agreements necessary for implementation to be executed within 30 days of the act becoming law.

Funds may only be expended as allowed under the federal Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act, P.L. 116-136.
