Confirms the appointment of Samuel T. Bratton of Wake County to the North Carolina Mining Commission for a term beginning January 1, 2021, and expiring December 31, 2024.

Confirms the appointment of Brian K. North, P.E., of Guilford County to the North Carolina Mining Commission for a term beginning January 1, 2021, and expiring December 31, 2024.

Both appointees are designated to serve as commissioners representing the mining industry.

Appointments are made pursuant to G.S. 143B-291, which requires General Assembly confirmation of Governor's Mining Commission nominees.

Resolution becomes effective upon ratification.
