Replaces Travis J. Mash with Janna C. Fonseca, Martin H. Baker, and Dr. Jeffrey P. Carley on the North Carolina Board of Athletic Trainer Examiners with terms expiring July 31, 2023.

Appoints M. Gregory Scott of Forsyth County to the Private Protective Services Board for a term expiring June 30, 2021, filling the unexpired term of David C. Arndt.
