Mandates 2 hours of Board-approved mandatory coursework and allows 6 hours of elective courses, with up to 4 hours of unused elective credit carrying forward to the next calendar year.

Limits continuing education credit to live instruction by Board-approved instructors, with a maximum of 2 elective hours permitted via proctored video of previously recorded presentations.

Establishes a 90-day grace period after November 30 for completion, with license invalidation occurring if requirements are not met; failure to complete can be waived for certified illness or undue hardship.

Sets Board fees not to exceed $25.00 per credit hour for initial course review, $12.50 per credit hour for annual renewal, and $5.00 per credit hour per person for course completion; becomes effective January 1, 2020.
