Defines "mini-truck" as a motor vehicle with four wheels, engine displacement of 660cc or less, overall length of 130 inches or less, height of 78 inches or less, and width of 60 inches or less, designed primarily for property transportation.

Mini-trucks pay the same registration fee as private passenger vehicles of not more than 15 passengers, or the same fee as a U-drive-it automobile if offered for rent.

Mini-trucks may be operated only on streets and highways with posted speed limits of 55 miles per hour or less, and may cross intersections with higher speed limits.

Mini-trucks must be equipped with headlamps, stop lamps, turn signal lamps, tail lamps, reflex reflectors, parking brakes, rearview mirrors, windshields, windshield wipers, speedometer, seat belts, and vehicle identification numbers, all in proper working order.

Mini-trucks must be registered and insured according to state law, and may not qualify as antique or historic vehicles regardless of age.
