Allows a one-time expunction of multiple nonviolent felonies or misdemeanors convicted in the same court session and treated as a single conviction.

Requires a 10-year waiting period after the most recent nonviolent felony conviction or 5-year waiting period for nonviolent misdemeanors before filing a petition for expunction.

Petitioner must demonstrate good moral character since conviction, have no other felony or misdemeanor convictions (except traffic violations), and have no outstanding warrants, pending cases, or restitution orders.

District attorney has 30 days to file objections to the expunction petition and must make best efforts to notify any victims prior to the hearing.

Effective December 1, 2019, and applies to petitions filed on or after that date.
