Department of Administration shall issue a new Request for Proposal (RFP) within 15 days of the act becoming effective for leased or purchased office space for Division of Motor Vehicles employees and contractors currently at the New Bern Avenue building in Raleigh

Geographic scope of the RFP shall include Wake County and surrounding counties

Department of Administration must submit a report to the Joint Legislative Transportation Oversight Committee, House Appropriations Committee on Transportation, and Senate Appropriations Committee on the Department of Transportation at least 30 days prior to Council of State approval of any lease or purchase agreement

Department of Administration is prohibited from executing an agreement to lease office space pursuant to the previous RFP issued under Section 34.24(b) of S.L. 2018-5
