• Updates criminal gang activity offense references in G.S. 14-50.21 and G.S. 14-50.25 to reference G.S. 14-50.17 through G.S. 14-50.20 instead of G.S. 14-50.16.

• Makes extensive revisions to G.S. 20-305.7 regarding dealer management computer systems, clarifying data access, consent requirements, security breach notification obligations, and dealer protections against forced direct system access.

• Corrects references to forest development articles, legislative employee compensation provisions, mental health crisis response procedures, professional licensing evaluations, criminal cost assessments, and property tax exemption applications throughout various statutes.
