Adds animal waste management systems permitted under Part 1 or Part 1A of Article 21 of Chapter 143 of the General Statutes to the list of contaminated sites eligible for risk-based remediation under G.S. 130A-310.67(a)(7)

Removes animal waste management systems from the exclusions list in G.S. 130A-310.67(b)(5), allowing them to be subject to risk-based remediation requirements rather than exempt from those requirements

Makes animal waste management systems subject to the same risk-based remediation standards as other contaminated sites including hazardous waste sites, solid waste sites, and petroleum release sites
