• Implements automatic annual minimum wage adjustments beginning September 30, 2024, based on the Consumer Price Index for all urban consumers.

• Phases out the tipped minimum wage over eight years (2020-2027), gradually increasing the tipped wage credit from $5.00 to $15.00 per hour, after which tips cannot be counted as wages.

• Eliminates the subminimum wage for employees with disabilities and removes exemptions for agricultural and domestic workers from minimum wage requirements.
