Appropriates $150,000 from the General Fund to the Office of State Budget and Management for the 2019-2020 fiscal year to assist the City of Greensboro with hosting costs for the 2020 U.S. Figure Skating Championships.

Funds are designated to offset the cost of renting the Greensboro Coliseum for the national championship event.

OSBM shall release funds to Greensboro only upon receipt of an executed lease between the City and U.S. Figure Skating that includes a provision requiring the City to reduce the rental fee by an amount equal to the State appropriation.

The act becomes effective July 1, 2019.
