Amends G.S. 20-292 to require motor vehicle displays shown at trade shows or exhibits to contain information listing the dealer's name and business location.

Permits new or used motor vehicle dealers to display vehicles for sale at retail only at their established salesrooms, with specified exceptions for demonstrators, trade shows, and customer request displays.

Requires demonstrator vehicles to contain the dealer's name or other sales information.

Exempts recreational vehicles, house trailers, and boat, animal, camping, or other utility trailers from the display requirements.

Becomes effective upon enactment.
