Authorizes exercise facilities, gyms, health clubs, and fitness centers in North Carolina to resume operations despite Executive Order No. 147, effective June 24, 2020, provided facilities meet specified safety requirements.

Limits indoor capacity to 40% of authorized fire capacity, with employees excluded from the count, and requires 6-foot social distancing throughout facilities.

Mandates daily health questionnaires and temperature checks for employees, frequent cleaning of high-touch equipment, EPA-approved disinfectants, and hand sanitizer stations with at least 60% alcohol content.

Requires face masks for all employees except when leading group fitness classes or outdoors and socially distanced; closes personal hygiene areas and amenity services except toilets, lavatories, and lockers.

Expires when Executive Order No. 147 is repealed, replaced, or rescinded; ratified June 26, 2020.
