• Defines warranty obligations for manufacturers and warrantors regarding living facilities of recreational vehicles, requiring reasonable compensation for parts and labor, 30-day payment timelines, and prohibition on cost recovery through chargebacks or surcharges.

• Provides mediation and dispute resolution procedures, allows civil actions for violations with potential punitive damages and attorney's fees, and applies the law to all existing and future recreational vehicle franchise agreements effective 12 months after enactment.
