Prohibits intentionally shining lights on wild animals (deer, coyotes, feral swine) from public road rights-of-way between one-half hour after sunset and one-half hour before sunrise in Brunswick, Macon, and Clay Counties.

Exempts necessary highway lighting by motorists during normal travel and lighting activities by landowners, campers, and others not attempting to attract or immobilize wildlife.

Classifies violations as Class 2 misdemeanors.

Enforceable by Wildlife Resources Commission officers, sheriffs, deputy sheriffs, and other law enforcement officers with general jurisdiction.

Effective October 1, 2019, for offenses committed on or after that date.
